 When you authorize us to manufacture helmets and/or apparel, you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions in this note. Even if you do not read and do not know, by authorizing us, We will assume that you have read and agreed.

MEASUREMENT TABLE for Helmet/Apparel order will be sent after we receive your order and payment.

1 When you Authorize us to manufacture your Helmet / Apparel / Props, you AGREE to wait for the product to be manufactured and finished as required, according to the estimated time we offer you. Delays may occur as all of our items are handcrafted and tailored to match the specific order.

2 Customers must agree to provide us with their latest measurements in accordance with our Measurements Table and measurement guide. If the customer cannot wear the product due to wrong measurement caused by the customer, we will refuse to take responsibility. However, we will make a refund/exchange if the error is caused by us.

  1. Since these are HANDMADE items, there may be some imperfections, but it will not affect the look and exterior quality of the items you have purchased.
  2. We employ multiple shipping agency depending on the customer’s location:

Customers in: US/UK- and some other countries

– DHL: tracking number

-UPS: Traking number

Customers in: Japan-China-Taiwan-Hong Kong-Korea

– Inline shipping: No Tracking number

– DHL: Tracking number

-UPS: Traking number

 While using the Fastest methods available, we need to ensure all items are free of defects and therefore we need to manually inspect each item before shipping and packing.

Since all orders are free shipping, there will be times when you have to wait to be paired up to get the best shipping rates and get approved for international shipping.

Tracking number will be updated, for UPS and DHL orders

  1. There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS/EXCHANGES. We will replace damaged parts if you can provide evidence (Photos). BUT THERE ARE STRICTLY NO REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS if you cannot wear the Helmet.
  2. We can only ship your order if it has been paid in full. No Exceptions. And if you paid in installments, you have 1 month to pay off the balance starting from the date of the orders or we will assume that you are no longer interested in the item and will sell it to others.

We will replace goods damaged in transit, or by mistake, on our own, if sufficient evidence is available, and will replace any false measurements if it is our fault.
